Tisane and Rooibos Selection
Herbal and Rooibos teas are not tea at all! Neither comes from the Camellia sinensis plant, from which tea as we know it is produced. Herbals come from many different plant sources and are actually known as Tisanes, or herbal infusions. Rooibos is from the plant Aspalathus lineari. It is sometimes called “Red Tea.” Rooibos is naturally sweet, naturally calorie free, and naturally decaffeinated!
